The Plockmatic 4000 System is a high-end production modular folding and inserting system with throughput speeds of up to 3,600 mail pieces per hour. It is ideal for users that need to insert into large flat envelopes (envelope flaps can be on the long or short edge of the envelope!). This system has the ability to process envelopes from 8.8" x 4.13" to 13.9" x 13.9" and with the optional multifunctional folder you can fold and insert up to 10 sheets into other standard envelopes. Up to 6 stations are available with the optional tower feeder for inserting sheets, inserts or reply envelopes. An optional booklet feeder is also available to insert small booklets into envelopes.
